If you have the space, time and tools, you could build your little trailer! Watch Bruce Osborn build his teardrop trailer.
I know, it's pretty small. Not exactly a full-time rig. If you're looking for something for weekends or the satisfaction of building something yourself, this could be a good project. Less expensive than purchasing one brand new.

Owners of these little rigs like to show them off at gatherings all over the country. Here is one listing of events. Last year we encountered this teardrop trailer at a campground in Nebraska and spoke to the owner and son. They were on their way to a gathering. We admired his work.
George is over six-feet tall and could never comfortably fit in
